Terms of Service for Airport Car Service MSP
Welcome to Airport Car Service MSP. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
Airport Car Service MSP provides professional, chauffeured transportation to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on delivering dependable, high-quality ground transportation at competitive rates.
2. Reservations
Reservations made through our website or by phone are not considered final until approved by one of our representatives. You will receive a final confirmation email, including the agreed-upon price, once the reservation is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Fees
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is canceled after finalization by our dispatch office, a cancellation fee will apply.
Within the Twin Cities (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Woodbury, Edina, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Wayzata, Brooklyn Park): Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Outside of the Twin Cities: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: 25% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the scheduled pick-up time: 25% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: 70% cancellation fee applies.
Full charge applies for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
Flight Changes:
Passengers must notify our dispatch office of any flight changes at least 5 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the scheduled ride.
4. Baggage Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for collecting all luggage and personal items when being dropped off at the destination. Lost baggage or items due to airline issues are the responsibility of the passenger. Waiting time will be charged if the driver must wait for baggage retrieval after the grace period.
5. Grace Periods
Domestic Flights: A 45-minute grace period is provided from the time the flight lands. After this, waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
International Flights: A 1-hour 10-minute grace period is provided for international flights. After this, waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
6. Customs Arrivals
Drivers will wait for passengers at customs for up to 1 hour and 15 minutes for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights. If no contact is made, the driver will be released, and a full charge will be applied. If a passenger contacts the dispatch office or driver and requests additional wait time, the driver will wait, and waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
7. Airport Pickups
For non-airport pickups, a 10-minute grace period is provided. After this grace period, waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
8. Cleanup Fees
Spills or Vomit: A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any spills, vomit, or other messes that require cleaning.
Damage to Vehicle: If there is any interior or exterior damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the passenger or the billing contact.

10. Liability
Airport Car Service MSP is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or damages that occur while using our service. By accepting our services, the passenger assumes full responsibility for their own actions and any consequences resulting from them.

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
