How can I use MSP Airport Car Service to meet my transportation needs?
You can easily request a quote, check availability, and make reservations by using our online booking system. Simply fill out the reservation form to choose your vehicle, confirm your booking, and even pay securely online. If you need assistance, we’re happy to assist you via phone or email.
What are your Rates?
To get an accurate rate for your trip, please use our online reservation system to request a quote. We offer competitive pricing and often have special discounts available. Rates are confirmed once your booking is finalized.
What is included in the rate?
The rate you receive is all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden fees. This includes your vehicle, chauffeur, and standard services. The only additional charges may be for extra stops, delays, or itinerary changes as specified in our policies.
What is the tipping/gratuity policy?
A standard 20% tip/gratuity is required and will be included in your final price.
What are the fees for Extra Stops?
For hourly services, extra stops within the booked time frame are free. For other itineraries, extra stops that are not pre-arranged may incur additional fees, generally $30 for sedans/SUVs or $45 for larger vehicles.
What are the fees for lateness or tardiness by the customer?
If you’re more than 30 minutes late for an airport pickup or 10 minutes late for other locations, a waiting fee will apply. The fee is $30 for sedans/SUVs and $45 for larger vehicles, charged per 30-minute period.
What are the fees for rescheduling or changing itinerary details?
If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, a $25 change fee applies if we can accommodate the new plans. If not, your reservation may be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policies.
What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, no refund is guaranteed, though partial refunds may be considered in some cases.
How will I pay for my ride?
Payment can be made directly to the service provider via credit card, PayPal, or cash. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for a secure transaction.
Do I need a Customer Account?
Customer accounts are optional. While they are not required for booking, setting up an account after your reservation allows you to make future bookings more quickly.
Can you call me to remind me of my pickup?
Yes! We offer courtesy reminder calls at your preferred time. You can schedule this during the reservation process.
What type of vehicles are used for my transportation?
We offer a variety of luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and sprinter vans. All of our vehicles are well-maintained, and we will match the right vehicle to your needs.
How many people can fit in your vehicles?
Our vehicles accommodate different group sizes. For example, a 4-passenger sedan fits up to 4 passengers comfortably. Larger vehicles like SUVs and sprinter vans can accommodate more, especially when space for luggage is considered.
When can I book a pickup?
You can book a pickup at any time of the day or night, and we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability.
What types of itineraries are available?
We offer one-way and round-trip services to and from airports, as well as hourly charters. Please note, if you need the driver to wait for you at your destination, the rate will be based on hourly service.
Where can I request to be picked up/dropped off?
You can request pickups and drop-offs at specific addresses, such as hotels, homes, or airport terminals. Our service area covers the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro and beyond.
How do Airport pickups work?
For airport pickups, we provide curbside pickup unless you opt for a $15 “meet and greet” service, where the driver will meet you at baggage claim.
What flight info should I enter for airport runs?
For airport pickups, please provide your airline, flight number, and arrival time when making a reservation. This helps us track any delays and ensure we’re there when you land.
What is the alcohol/drug policy?
Alcohol consumption or possession is not allowed in the vehicle if any passengers are under 21 years old. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
What is the Lost-and-Found policy?
While we are not responsible for any lost items, please contact us if you misplace anything in the vehicle, and we’ll do our best to return it if found.
